Dreamland Syndicate’s latest ‘ENVIRON/MENTAL’ drop fuses together man-made concepts and resistance to gentrification to provide a unique streetwear education.
The label told Wear? Magazine, “This drop is about exploring the possibilities of creating new mental states by engineering and modifying pre-existing concepts of natural and man-made environments.”
Setting out to develop this mental state, the vast majority of Dreamland Syndicate’s products were cut and sewn in Praga, Poland.
“This district of Warsaw is known for its notorious resistance to gentrification and history of coexistence of industrial heritage and experimental humanities.”
The results of the brand’s exploration come in the form of text-distorted graphics, tye-dyes and tote bags, along with much more.
